When this patient came to me we discussed that a lower blepharoplasty would be her best long term option. Due to life circumstances she didn’t want to commit to that just yet but wanted something to tide her over until she can do it next fall. I placed a slight amount of filler in her medial cheek to support the lid-cheek junction and carefully placed filler to camouflage her lower bags. Oh and a little splash of Dysport to the forehead and crows feet. We were both thrilled with her result and can’t wait to see once she has surgery next year 🥰🥰 second photo was taken at home and sent to me.
